All of our stone jewelry should be worn and handled with care!

Every aspect of our jewelry is fabricated, assembled, and finished by hand. We have specifically chosen these unique, natural materials because their properties feature such beautiful and distinct natural texture, inclusions, and coloring that can differ from one stone to the next. Many of the gemstones in the jewelry will crack, shatter, or break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. Similarly, gold is a soft metal which will naturally scratch and show wear with time, 22k gold jewelry being the most mailable. We chose to cherish these markers of time, but if you’d prefer that your jewelry doesn’t reveal its age, we would suggest taking extra care.

We recommend cleaning and storing the jewelry with a soft cloth designed especially for use with jewelry.

We advise that perfume, lotions, oils and any other beauty products be applied before putting on your jewelry as they may contain chemicals that could tarnish and damage the pieces. 

Please be careful to avoid exposing jewelry to household chemicals and cleaning products, which may also damage the stones and gold.

Please do not wear the jewelry while exercising, swimming, bathing, or in a sauna as the water, heat, chemicals, and sweat can potentially damage the jewelry.

R I N G  S I Z E

This is a general method of determining ring size that you can do at home.

To determine your ring size, cut a piece of paper or use a piece of string and wrap the paper or string around the finger to be sized. Use a pen to mark the string or paper where the long end overlaps. Make sure not to pull too tightly. You want the paper or string to be snug but not tight. 

Measure from the mark to the end of the length of paper or string with a ruler and match the measurement with the corresponding ring size:

Size 5, 49.3mm
Size 6, 51.9mm
Size 7, 54.4mm
Size 8, 57.0mm

But to get the most accurate size, please visit your local jeweler where they will have a true ring sizer.

UPS Next Day Air *upon request* : $40.00 (next business day afternoon) 

A direct signature is required upon delivery for all orders with a value of $500 and greater.

International Shipping:

At this time orders placed through the website can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states. For international shipping please contact us by emailing studio@enstudionyc.com and we will be happy to assist you.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all Ready-To-Ship items that are unworn and in their original condition. 

We do not accept returns on any custom orders or pre-orders.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
